Cancellation Policy
There’s a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the base price of the requested service for any no-shows and cancellations within exactly 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, no exceptions. If you decide not to show up for your appointment without a notice, you will be ineligible to book in the future.
There’s a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. Anything more will require a reschedule and a non-refundable cancellation fee that will be deducted from the service total of the next visit.
** If the card on file is removed or locked from being charged a cancellation/no-show fee, there will no longer be eligibility to reserve any future appointments. No exceptions.
